We retain your transaction records — including DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS deposits — for a minimum of five years from the date of each transaction, in line with the retention schedule stated in Section 4 of the Terms.

rumpitoto.xyz uses session and persistent cookies solely to maintain your login state and remember your preferred payment method. You may clear cookies at any time; doing so will log you out of your current session.

Account Security

Your account password is hashed and never stored in plain text. We apply two-step verification at login and flag any access attempt from a device or IP not previously linked to your account for manual review.

Requesting Changes

To update your registered email, phone number or linked payment method, log in and navigate to Account Settings, then Identity. Changes to payment rails like OVO or QRIS require re-verification before the new detail becomes active.

Dispute Handling

A formal dispute raised via email is acknowledged within 4 business hours and assigned a case number. Our compliance team reviews the account log, matches it against the relevant Terms clause, and issues a written finding within 5 business days.

Account Termination

Either party may close the account with 24 hours notice. Any pending withdrawal to GoPay or DANA at the time of closure will be processed within the standard 1-business-day window before the account is deactivated.

Eligibility to open and maintain an account on rumpitoto.xyz depends on local law in Indonesia. We do not override those requirements, and accounts found to breach eligibility conditions may be suspended pending a review under the Terms.

Yes. All promotional arrangements on rumpitoto.xyz are subordinate to these Terms. If a promotional description conflicts with any clause here, the Terms take precedence. Specific promotional conditions are published separately on the promotions page.
