Yes — access to certain features depends on local law. Where local law permits, the full account and wallet features are available to you. We review regional access conditions regularly and update your dashboard accordingly.

Log in and navigate to Settings, then select 'Legal & Privacy', then 'Request My Data'. We compile and deliver a downloadable file of your account records, transaction logs and profile data within 5 business days.

You may submit a deletion request through Settings > Legal & Privacy > Delete My Data. We process it within 10 business days. Note that financial transaction records are retained for 5 years to meet regulatory obligations before full deletion.

Our account terms are governed by the jurisdiction stated in your acceptance agreement at registration. Access and eligibility for services depends on local law. The full governing-law clause is in Section 12 of our Terms and Conditions.

Every deposit and withdrawal via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS generates a timestamped transaction entry in your account wallet history. Records use WIB (UTC+7) and include the payment method, amount, and verification status for each transaction.

On account closure, your active profile is deactivated immediately. Transaction records and identity verification documents are retained for 5 years as required. After that window, personal identifiers are permanently deleted from our systems.
